The Deeplink Toolkit is free to use. These terms explain what you can expect from it, and what we ask of you.

About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Deeplink Toolkit at toolkit.deeplink.uk, run by Deeplink Coaching. By using it, you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains how we use your information.
What the Toolkit is
- The tools give general feedback on your skills, projects, profile and applications, based on checks we describe on each tool’s page. The feedback is a guide to what to work on. It isn’t a prediction of whether you’ll get a particular job, and it isn’t professional careers, legal, financial or immigration advice.
- Some feedback comes from an AI check. It’s usually helpful, but it can be wrong or incomplete, so use your own judgement.
- Salary and course figures come from the published sources shown next to them. They can change, so check the source before you rely on a figure.
- We don’t advertise jobs, find work for you or put you forward to employers.
Using the Toolkit
Please don’t:
- paste in other people’s personal information, or anything confidential you don’t have permission to share;
- try to break, overload or get round the limits on the Toolkit, or use it to send spam;
- copy the Toolkit’s questions or content in bulk for another service.
We may limit or stop access for anyone who misuses the Toolkit.
Our content
The tools, questions, text and design belong to Deeplink Coaching. You’re welcome to use them for your own job search, and to share links to them.
Availability
We aim to keep the Toolkit running, but it’s free and we may change or withdraw tools at any time.
Our responsibility to you
We make the Toolkit available with reasonable care and skill. Because it’s free and general, we aren’t responsible for decisions you make based on it, or for losses we couldn’t reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
