Privacy notice
What we collect when you use the Deeplink Toolkit, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
The Deeplink Toolkit (toolkit.deeplink.uk) is run by Deeplink Coaching, which is responsible for your information (the “controller”). Our registered company details are at the bottom of every page. Contact us at coaching@deeplink.uk.
The short version
- Most tools work entirely in your browser. What you type into them never reaches us.
- Your results are saved on your own device (in your browser’s storage) so they can appear in My Toolkit. You can delete them there at any time.
- We only receive information when you ask us to: when you choose AI feedback on a job advert or your interview answers, ask us to email your results to you, or get in touch with a coach.
- We never sell your information or pass it to employers.

Who else is involved
We use these companies to run the Toolkit. They act for us, under contracts that protect your information:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and our database, and runs the optional Turnstile spam check.
- Cloudflare Workers AI runs the AI check used by the Job Ad Decoder and the Mock Interview when you choose it. Cloudflare doesn’t use the text to train AI models and doesn’t store it.
- Google (the Gemini API) runs the AI check when Cloudflare’s daily allowance has been used up. Because we’re in the UK, Google’s terms for paid services apply: it doesn’t use the text to improve its products, and keeps it only for a limited time to detect misuse.
- Anthropic may also run the AI check if we switch it on. It doesn’t use the text to train its models, and under its commercial terms deletes it within 30 days unless it’s flagged for a safety review.
- Resend sends our emails.
Some of these companies may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum.
Your device
We save your tool results in your browser’s local storage, so My Toolkit can show them. They stay on your device until you delete them on the My Toolkit page or clear your browser’s data. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If Turnstile is switched on, Cloudflare may set a cookie needed for the spam check.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email coaching@deeplink.uk. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works straight away.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Age
The Toolkit is meant for adults. If you’re under 18, please don’t send us your details.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top.
